The Castle of Old Wick is a ruined castle near the town of Wick, Caithness, Scotland.

Traditionally attributed to Harald Maddadson, Norse Jarl of Caithness and Orkney, in the 12th century, though surviving structure may date to the 14th century. A four-storey tower reached via narrow land bridge with rock-cut ditch. Parts of the seaward wall have collapsed. Managed by Historic Environment Scotland as a scheduled monument.
