Pitmedden Garden is a garden near the village of Pitmedden, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It is owned by the National Trust for Scotland. The garden dates from around 1675 and contains formal parterres, herbaceous borders, and an orchard. It is open to the public.
The Great Garden was created in 1675 by Sir Alexander Seton, 1st Baronet of Pitmedden. After falling into disrepair, the National Trust for Scotland recreated the elaborate parterre gardens in the 1950s using historical sources. Features four parterres with designs based on those at Holyroodhouse. Also includes a museum of farming life. A unique and colourful attraction.
