Tintinhull Garden, located in Tintinhull, near Yeovil in the English county of Somerset, is a small 20th century garden surrounding a 17th-century Grade I listed house. The property is in the ownership of the National Trust. It is visited by around 25,000 people per year.
A small but exquisite formal garden created in the 20th century around a 17th-century Ham stone farmhouse. The garden was developed by Phyllis Reiss from the 1930s and later refined by the celebrated garden designer Penelope Hobhouse, who lived here as National Trust tenant from 1980-1993. The garden is arranged as a series of 'rooms' with contrasting colour schemes and planting styles. National Trust.
