Boxgrove Priory is a ruined priory in the village of Boxgrove in Sussex, England. It was founded in the 12th century.
Founded c.1117 as a Benedictine priory, a cell of the Abbey of Lessay in Normandy. The magnificent church survives as the parish church, with a beautiful painted ceiling in the choir and the elaborate De La Warr chantry chapel (c.1532). The ruined guest house and chapter house are managed by English Heritage. Thomas West, 9th Baron De La Warr, is buried in the chantry.
