13th-century Norman ruins built by Andrew Perrot. Features in the Mabinogi as the court of Pwyll and where Rhiannon was punished. Forms part of the Landsker Line dividing Welsh and English-speaking Pembrokeshire. Safety restoration completed 2004-05.
