Built in 1546 and continuously inhabited by the Macpherson-Grant family ever since. Known as the 'Pearl of the North', it sits at the confluence of the Rivers Spey and Avon in prime whisky country. The castle was extended over centuries with baronial additions. Famous for its herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle and stunning formal gardens. Open to the public seasonally.
